These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the io777 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). To access the full features of the io777 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) io777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. io777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your io777 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify io777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

All financial transactions on the io777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). io777 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your io777 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. io777 does not accept cash deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. io777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. io777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to io777 transactions.

All content on the io777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of io777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the io777 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, io777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall io777's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
